La Ferme EPHRATA is a poultry farm established one year ago in the Kloto region, currently housing 500 laying hens. Demand for fresh eggs has risen sharply, with schools, local markets, and households requesting over 2,000 eggs per day. However, the farm can only produce around 1,000 eggs daily due to limited space. Overcrowding is causing health issues among the hens and reducing their laying performance. Expanding the poultry facility is therefore essential to increase production, meet community demand, and ensure the project’s economic sustainability.
