Estec BTP

Estec BTP owned by Mounirou Bagnah offers concept development, planning and execution of construction projects for clients in Kpalimé, Togo. Business activities were limited due to the lack of a concrete mixer.

TIKOS granted Estec BTP a five-year loan to purchase such machine. In addition to using it for its own orders, Estec BTP can also hire it out to third parties who carry out the construction work themselves. Thanks to the larger orders, Estec BTP will be able to hire two full-time machinists and provide training for young employees.

Progress:

Following strong growth in 2025, including increased order volume, expanded staff, and improved operational capacity, business activity has recently slowed due to the difficult economic environment in Togo. The cement mixer financed through the project is again in good condition after repairs from a bigger mechanical damage and available for use, but there are currently few business opportunities and no active clients. The owner is seeking to rebuild activity as soon as market conditions improve.
